Friday, June 13, 2008, PCMS Cardholders provide a PCMS
report and their personal log of purchases to their supervisor for purchases
between October 1, 2007 and March 31, 2008 (Instructions attached). We
apologize for not providing you a 30 day notice prior to the report
submission date. If assistance if needed, please contact the Local Agency
Procurement Coordinator (LAPC), Terry Ryles.
Friday, July 11, 2008, Supervisors complete audit of all
purchases between October 1, 2007 and March 31, 2008, and provide a copy of
the completed audit checklists to Terry Ryles.
Friday, July 18, 2008, PCMS Cardholders provide PCMS report
and their personal log of purchases to their supervisor for purchases
between April 1, 2008 and June 30, 2008.
Friday, August 15, 2008, Supervisors complete audit of all
purchases between April 1, 2008 and June 30, 2008, and provide a copy of the
completed audit checklist to the LAPC. |
