Certification Statement for 2008 Obligation Review

“I hereby certify that (Assistant State Conservationist for Field Operations name) reviews of mandatory funds’ unliquidated obligations were performed in accordance with these instructions and Departmental Regulation 2230-001 and that the unliquidated obligations existing in FFIS are valid based on our reviews.”

(or attach an exception sheet, if necessary. Exception sheet will show obligations (FFIS document number, BFY, Fund, amount, and reason) that still has an FFIS obligation but the review did not deem valid; for example, requires notification of the program participant prior to cancellation, obligation in the appeal process.
