Subject: To insert the Montana Amendment that includes new manual guidance.

Purpose: To amend the National CSP Manual with Montana’s CSP policy guidance.

FILING INSTRUCTIONS: The following amendment will be added to the National Conservation Program Manual. Each Montana amendment should be filed directly behind the appropriate national section that it is amending.

INSERT:
440-V-CPM, Amend, MT2, Subpart K, Section MT 518.106(A)-Quality Assurance, pages 518.108-52 (1) and (2), dated May 2008.
