Wetlands Reserve Program Application Process

The application process is a continuous process throughout the year. Interested applicants may apply for the Wetlands Reserve Program (WRP) utilizing form AD-1153 available on the WRP Forms page.

  • The AD-1153 form can be printed out and returned to any NRCS Service Center by fax, letter, or in person.
  • Applications and other information can be obtained at any NRCS Service Center by telephone, fax, email, letter, or in person.
  • Applications can also be made online USDA eForms website. To fill out and submit forms on this website, you will need to register for a USDA eAuthentication Account with Level 2 access.
  • The applicant's signature and date are required on the AD-1153.
