SMZ Widths for Different Slopes (Rule Two: 26.6.602) Illustration

Class 1 and 2 Streams

Mark the SMZ boundary at 100 feet on slopes greater than 35%. Mark the SMZ boundary at 50 feet on slopes less than 35%. Class 3 streams: SMZ boundary 50 feet.
