Introduction

The following provides a spreadsheet with revisions to the Tree/Shrub Planting Plan and Record Form, MT-ECS-108. The form allows for a way of collecting, summarizing and expressing the information needed for a tree/shrub planting or windbreak/shelterbelt design.

General

Planners will be able to use this Tree/Shrub Planting Plan and Record Form if they are familiar with NRCS forestry practice standards and understand basic planting terminology. The state staff forester is responsible for any summary form editing or revising. The original summary form is protected so that the summary form cannot be corrupted accidentally.

The Tree/Shrub Planting Plan and Record Form, MT-ECS-108, is available in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Reader formats. Save the file in the desired location before using it.

The form is designed to assist planners in identifying needed information to develop plans, practice designs and document records for the Windbreak/Shelterbelt Establishment (380) and Tree/Shrub Establishment (612) practices.
