Erect shrub up to 3 feet tall with tightly rolled, downy white leaves
Uses
- Decoction from leaves treated fevers, small pox, sore muscles, open
sores, and boils
- Leaves were soaked to make hairwash
- Powdered root on burns and poison ivy rash
