Rabbitbrush

Chrysothamnus nauseosa

Grows 2 to 4 feet tall with a 2- to 4-foot spread. Prefers sandy soils, but tolerates heavier loam or clay soils. Grasslands and foothills. Low water use; full sun. Blooms August to October.
