informative DVD. Path to Eden provides insight about neighboring and the
responsibilities of landownership for new landowners or those considering buying
property in Montana. Request a DVD and find more information about the project

The Montana Grazing Lands Conservation Initiative (GLCI) is a
grass-roots voluntary effort to enhance private grazing lands.
Approximately 70 percent of Montana is made up of rangeland and
pasturelands, making grazing lands Montana's largest natural resource. In
Montana alone, there are more than 40 million acres of privately owned grazing
lands.
State GLCI coalitions promote voluntary technical assistance to landowners
and managers, as well as an increased emphasis on grazing land research and
education. The Montana GLCI identifies priority issues, finds solutions, and
works to effect change on private grazing land.
